Policies

ORDERING
All orders should be placed using part numbers. Failure to use part numbers may result in a 15% service charge added to the price of each item. No returns for parts ordered by description.

MINIMUM ORDER
A $5.00 service charge will be added to orders less than $25.00.

BACKORDERS
Backorders are regularly purged from our system. If something is on backorder, we ask that our customers re-order at a later date.

TERMS
COD / VISA / Mastercard (We do not accept American Express or Discover). Returned checks will be billed a $30.00 returned check fee.

PAST DUE INVOICES
All past due invoices will incur a finance charge of 18% APR. Past due customers will be put on COD terms and any past due amounts will be collected on your next order.

DROP SHIP
Drop ship service is available. This service eliminates additional transit time and handling by not having to first come to your shop. Get 2 It Sales, LLC invoices will NOT ship with drop ship orders. Drop ship fee is $5.

PRICES
We try to hold our prices steady, but we import from many different countries, and the value of the dollar varies from shipment to shipment. Therefore, all prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be approved by Get 2 It Sales, LLC and require a return authorization number. No returns on electrical parts unless Get 2 It Sales, LLC makes a shipping error. In order for parts to be considered for credit they must:

1) Be in new and unused condition in the original box or packaging.
2) Be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date.
3) Have a copy of the original invoice with the part.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. A sales credit will be placed on the customers account for the amount of the returned parts credit.

Get 2 It Sales, LLC will not pick up any part, pay freight, or credit freight for any part that matches the description in the parts manual. There are many engine variations. If you are uncertain about fitment, check the measurements in our catalog and on our website to confirm. There are many variations of Taiwanese and Chinese engines. We make every effort to clearly mark each part and catalog it correctly. Please be sure to measure the part before you order. We do not guarantee fitment to your specific application. We can only guarantee that the part we send to you will match our current parts manual or website. Please double check before you order.

No returns for parts ordered by description.

SHIPPING ERRORS:
1) Get 2 It Sales, LLC must be notified of missing items within 5 days of delivery, or the discrepancy will not be considered for credit.
2) If Get 2 It Sales, LLC makes a shipping error on an item that was ordered by part number, Get 2 It Sales, LLC will pickup the incorrectly shipped item and send the correct item to the dealer at “freight no charge”. The correct item will be sent to the dealer via the same shipping method as the original shipment. Get 2 It Sales, LLC will not pay for express delivery unless the original shipment was sent express.

DAMAGED PARTS
Parts damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Claims cannot be made with the carrier unless you report the damage to your driver immediately.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
A $10.00 surcharge will be added to account if shipment is refused when delivery is made.
